Can you take a screenshot of blocklets running in your NFT project?
Upon reviewing the Payment Dashboard, we have noticed that your daily invoice amount is $1.5, which aligns with the 3 blocklets currently running in your NFT Project, being your only active subscription. We are curious about the discrepancy in the $2.5/day invoice amount. Could you please provide us with your invoice ID or subscription ID for further verification? Thank you.
where is this subscription id loca?
would it be through arcblock launcher maybe? I’m just guessing but possibly Arcblock launcher then in the menu > orders or something like that, followed by subscription?
I’m sure I looked the other day but can’t remember the specific wording of each step 😅 I’ll try to do it again later and share the screenshot of where I’m referring to 👍
think there’s also access to invoice IDs via the billing menu but not sure how in depth the information is on there
and an additional thought it may be on your email receipts 🤔 hopefully you find what you need in one of those places 😘
