Usually, if you have initiated a fast withdraw, your transaction will be claimable within an hour, if it's not a fast withdraw, you have to wait because Ethereum network gas may surge sometimes.

Your transaction is in the pending tx pool: https://rollup05.abtnetwork.io/api/pool/txs, and this is why DID Wallet says "Waiting for proofs"

Had the same issue yesterday...been over 24 hours and still hasn't been approved.

The block including all pending bridge transactions was published to Ethereum 1.5 hour ago, please go to your wallet to claim.

The issue was fixed by myself before the customer support answered me. We need to improve the customer support here. It's really important! As I understand the "Waiting for proof issue" is caused by the website DID wallet software because it has not been released with the latest version like the mobile IOS/Android DID wallet has. However, I installed the Mobile app DID wallet - Main Arcblock wallet - Transactions - History - click + on the top right corner - Copy and paste the Withdraw transaction number - Click "Claim". Please remember to add ETH before the claim for the transaction cost. 5 minutes and the job is done. I hope it will help! Bye, Bye Mate!
Thanks, will try that. Horrific experience using this wallet. Never again..support here s awful too. They take no responsibility for anything. Had another issue with the wallet, and apparently its not on them but my fault.
