“Login required” function in AIGNE

I’m trying to set up a public chat bot for Bassmoney.io.

I’ve toggled off “login required” but then when I try to use the bot on a device that is not logged in I get this response.

am i misunderstanding what this switch does? I was hoping users would not need to be logged into our site to use bot.
