Stripe Payments getting stuck on processing

Hi ArcBlock team, we’re seeing Payment Kit checkout get stuck on “Processing” after customer clicks Pay (in both test and live Stripe modes).

If we go back to the same payment link and press Pay a second time, it goes through immediately.

Can you help us troubleshoot why the first attempt stays in Processing and what logs we should capture?

I tried to capture the issue in this screenshot. Please let me know if there is anything else you need.
