Do blocklets released have to be compatible for both mobile and desktop? or is it okay if some specific blocklets only have desktop compatibility? or vice versa, just mobile compatiblity

On phone you can start blocklets by pressing the square button see vid , but on desktop we don’t that option. Can we also implement that button to start blocklet on desktop?
